Climbing shoes may be returned or

original unopened packaging.
Avalungs may only be returned or exchanged
if original protective plastic is intact.

We are glad to handle
manufacturer's warranty issues for you on items that were purchased
from Bent Gate Mountaineering. You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to Bent Gate Mountaineering for warranty evaluation/service. Please ship items back to us in clean condition as some manufacturers may assess a cleaning charge on soiled items. We suggest you insure the package, and ship UPS or Fed EX. Please include any pertinent information as to what the problem with the item is. The more detailed the information you provide, the better we can serve you.
If an item was purchased through Bent Gate Mountaineering within the last year, we will pay shipping charges to and from the manufacturer for customers within the United States. International customers will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from our store. All customers will be responsible for all shipping charges on any items purchased more than a year
ago. Bent Gate Mountaineering adheres to manufacturer's guidelines, and final decisions will be made only by Bent Gate Mountaineering.

If you have an
item that needs to be returned, a Return Authorization IS NOT
NECESSARY - Please just insure that the item is within the appropriate
return period, AND that it is eligible for return (see
Guarantee and/or Warranty for details) then follow these guidelines. If available, use
the Packing Sheet (usually a bright yellow sheet) that accompanied your
order. If this is not available, please include a note with all
important return info, including the following:
- Your First and Last Name
- The order number (if known)
- What you would like done
(refund, exchange, warranty, etc.)

In-Store
Pick Up |
All items are available for in-store
pickup. If you would like to pick up an order in-store, please place
your order online and choose "In Store Pick Up" from the shipping options
menu. Please be aware that all orders picked up at our store are
subject to Golden's sales tax of 7.2%.
When you receive confirmation that
your order has "shipped", it is available for pick up in our hold room.
You may pick it up any time after this during regular store hours.
If you need an "express" pick up, please call ahead and make arrangements
with our staff. |
